Taiwan-based network-equipment maker Sercomm saw its annual revenues surpass the NT$10 billion (US$307.7 million) mark for the first time to reach NT$10.17 billion in 2007, according to company data.

The 2007 figure represents an increase of 12% from that seen in 2006, said the company.

Increasing shipments of broadband gateways, IP cameras and printer servers helped drive revenue growth in 2007, said the company, which also noted that total shipments of its networking devices reached 11 million units last year.

Sercomm also indicated that its profitability remained high in the fourth quarter of 2007 after seeing its after-tax profits grow 70% on year to top NT$398 million in the first three quarters of 2007.
